Yoga for Emotional Wellbeing is an integrative blend of traditional hatha yoga, Embodied Rest, iRest Yoga Nidra, breath work, somatics and psychoeducation. It brings together the best of ancient yogic wisdom with contemporary psychology in a very practical and simple way, for emotion and nervous system regulation.
