Cancellation Policy

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

This refers to counselling, coaching, mentoring, supervision and other individuals sessions.

A $50 deposit is required upon booking.

In case of cancellation or postponement, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment (not including weekends and public holidays) incur a $50 cancellation fee. In case of cancellation on the same day of the appointment, the full fee is due (please note that Medicare will not provide a rebate for cancellation fees).

6 WEEK GROUP COURSES

This includes iRest Yoga Nidra and Embodied Rest courses.

Payment for the full course is required to secure your place.

In case of cancellations, notice of one week is required to receive a refund for the course, minus a $50 admin fee.

No refund will be given with less than 1 weeks notice of cancellation.

There are no charges if you want to transfer your place to another person (but please let me know, and they’ll still need to complete the necessary registration form).
