We’ll be drawing on the yogic practices of self enquiry, gentle asana (movement), pranayama (breathing), iRest Yoga Nidra, restorative yoga, mantra and mudra.
Simple is the new advanced.
All welcome. It makes no difference if you’re an experienced teacher or if it’s your very first class. We’re all beginners each time we come to the mat. Please bring an open heart and an open mind.
In these immersions, we’ll be wholeheartedly showing up for ourselves and for each other. Threaded throughout will be themes of deep ease, rest, self compassion, simply being, body-fulness (mindfulness in the body), curiosity and experimentation.

Preparing for the course
Please wear something comfortable.
Mats, blankets, bolsters and eye pillows are provided. However you may like to bring your own.
For the comfort of everyone, please do not wear strong scents or perfumes.
You are welcome to arrive 5 minutes before the beginning of class, to settle in and so we can start on time.
The fine print
In case of cancellation, notice of one week is required to receive a refund for the session, minus a $20 admin fee.
No refund will be given with less than 1 weeks notice.
There are no charges if you want to transfer your place to another person (this is up to you to organise, just send me email and let me know).
