In this course you’ll increase your self knowledge and you’ll learn how to gracefully and authentically meet the ups and downs of life with peace and calm.

My own meditation journey was a bumpy one.
I read about meditation and intellectualised it for a few years before actually trying it (you know, reading about meditation is not the same as actually doing it). When I finally sat down to try it, I had such a monkey mind that I thought I couldn’t meditate.
But I persisted.
I spent years learning various meditation techniques with gurus in India, teachers in the USA, UK and Australia, and I even wrote my doctoral thesis on mindfulness meditation for depression and anxiety.
But it wasn’t until I tried Integrative Restoration Yoga Nidra ® that I finally found a meditation practice that was simple, easy, enjoyable and brought me all those benefits I’d read about.
